Here the participants are involved in a class discussion facilitated by Nancy. When possible, the class moves outside to enjoy the outdoors.
Two class members participate in a role playing activity as part of learning how to effectively and appropriately interview a student who has a disability. The rest of the class observes.
Another activity. This time the class is divided into groups working on the tools used in the adaptation process.

About to be shown is how a kayak’s sprayskirt adaptation works.
The last activity of the day, the instructor part of a team being assigned their student. They review their student’s medical sheet and some other information. This allows them to prepare overnight for the next days interview and develop various possible equipment adaptation strategies.
