At the 2004 Surf Confluence held by Naturally Superior Adventures in Wawa, ONT, Sam managed to pull off a couple of enders, one of which was captured on film. The following are photos from three different photographers there, two of them professional. These photos are somewhat large, so it will take a while to download.
